We are growing fast and to strengthen our team we are looking for a new Site Quality Manager, whose role will include:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and corresponding certifications
• Maintain, improve and control all QMS-relevant documentation
• Drive and enforce the QMS and its process throughout all UMS subsidaries
• Implement the company-specific quality policy and quality objectives (internal and customers)
• Plan and perform internal and external audits
• Coordinate and advise all departments to ensure that the processes achieve the intended results
• Control and monitor internal KPI
• Monitor, drive and further develop the continous improvement process
• Be an integral part of the Fault Management System as well as the Issue / Change Review Boards, drive technical investigations
• Participate in design reviews
• Drive the improvement and strengthening of our Design Assurance System
• Train company employees in the field of QMS and related processes

Qualifications:

• Technical education or degree in the field of aviation
• A minimum of three years quality management experience in an EN9100/AS9100 environment
• Solid knowledge of and experience of working with relevant EASA-regulations (Part-21, Part-145, Part-M)
• Knowledge of the AQAP-2110 standard advantageous
• Experience as auditor (e.g., ISO 19011)
• Proficiency in a Windows operating environment (MS-Office)
• Experience in AMOS advantageous
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Self-driven attitude for problem solving skills, continuous improvements, with good interpersonal communication skills
